Welmor Homes

Welmor Homes takes its name from its two founders — Chip Wells and Glenn Morrison, whose surnames combine into "Welmor." The company has been building in Central Texas since 2019, working out of the Killeen area and putting up new homes and townhomes across Bell and Coryell counties.

It's a small, owner-operated outfit rather than a national production builder, which shows up in the kind of projects it takes on: single-family houses and small-lot townhome pairs, built and sold directly rather than through a large sales office.
